1. Choose an artisan-made product from our line that inspires you or bring a design that meets your needs to our artisans and they will produce it to your specifications
2. Once your design has been finalized, the product moves to the sampling stage
3. After samples are approved, our artisans begin producing your order. The Collaborative Group manages each step of this process including quality control, deadline management and ensuring your product vision is realized
4. The Collaborative Group’s artisan-made product arrives in your hands just as you desired
5. The Collaborative Group works with you to meet all of your cause marketing needs including providing you photos and stories from the artisans producing your order
6. Your purchase has helped create sustainable employment and better the lives of artisans around the globe
